If you have a concern about our service or about a professional we referred, we want to hear it.

How to complain

Call (918) 257-6258 or use our contact page. Include your name, contact details, the town where the work took place, the professional's name if you know it and a description of the problem.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your complaint, review it and respond. If your complaint is about a driller or pump installer, we will pass it to them and may stop referring customers to them if the concern is serious.

What we cannot do

We do not perform the work, so we cannot repair a well or refund payments made to a professional. Disputes about the work or price are between you and the professional. You can also contact the Oklahoma Water Resources Board about the conduct of a licensed driller or pump installer.
